Prospective PhD Students
We are currently looking for motivated graduate students to work with us at DASSL. If you are not yet admitted to UIUC, drop me a note with the following: 1. your CV, 2. a little bit about your prior systems-building experiences, and 3. your thoughts about one of our recent papers. Additionally, we will be very interested if you have something to say about how to extend/improve our prior work. We will contact you if there is a good fit.
Our research interests are broadly in the area of systems, with a particular focus on storage and distributed systems. We are looking for students to work on the following topics:
